Aloha! Thank you for considering investing in Wade Morales Photography fine art prints. Before making a purchase, you are welcome to contact us with any questions! You will find information below about the purchasing process and our policies.

How To Purchase Prints

1. Purchasing a photo is easy. Once you have selected an image you are interested in purchasing a print, click on the shopping cart below the photo. You will then be provided options for different print types, sizes, and prices.

2. Once you decide which size print you want, please select it from the drop-down and add it to the cart. You can then proceed to check out or continue shopping.

Note: Please contact me prior to purchasing if your shipping destination is outside of the United States. I will provide a shipping quote for your specific location.

3. When you are ready to check out, you will have two options for payment. Many people like to use PayPal, which is convenient if you already have a Paypal account set up. You can choose Paypal as your payment option and sign in to your PayPal account to process the payment.

The second option is to make your payment with a credit card. Simply choose Pay With Card, and enter your email and credit card information to place the order. We use Stripe, which is a highly secure and safe platform, to process your payments. Please keep in mind that we do not see or retain any of your payment information on our end.

4. Once your payment is submitted, your credit card will be charged, and the process of ordering your print will start. We will submit a custom order to the print lab. At this point, please note that we cannot cancel your order or provide a refund as the print process has already begun. This process, on average, takes 1-2 weeks. It may take a little longer on rarer occasions, which is especially true around the holidays. Rest assured, we will be in touch with you every step to give you the most up-to-date information on completing your print.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs have been built into the pricing of most of our prints. In some cases, we find that the shipping company needs to make special accommodations to deliver your print, which unfortunately will result in extra costs. An example would be a large print order to a residence in New York where the customer lives on the 20th floor. We may need special accommodations to deliver it through a third-party company, which will add additional charges. While ordering your print, if we find that extra shipping charges will incur, we will contact you immediately to see if you would still like to proceed with the order. If so, you will be sent an additional invoice for the extra shipping accommodations. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
