Sometimes when you least expect it, you stumble across a time and place where you wish you could stay forever. When I started this day, I was discouraged while searching for something to photograph. The weather was far from ideal, and I was having difficulty finding a good composition in order to create a compelling photograph. While I was nearly ready to just call it a day, I noticed some dark storm clouds quickly moving in. The cloudless sky behind me allowed for the setting sun to cast the most amazing light onto the ocean while also forming a double rainbow in the distance. This ended up being a great photography day after all on the Big Island of Hawaii.
