Hilo And Surrounding Area Photography Workshop

Hilo is located on the east side of the Big Island of Hawaii and is loaded with incredible places to photograph. Hilo has a few photographic opportunities such as seascapes, waterfalls, sea turtles, and lush streams. Photo workshops are available from sunrise to sunset. This Hilo workshop is my most affordable option because it is close to my home. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you and taking you to photograph the beauty of Hilo, Hawaii.

Terms & Conditions

Deposit and payment A 4% transaction fee will be charged for any workshop cancellations, which will be deducted from your deposit and is non-refundable. You can reserve a workshop date up to 30 calendar days in advance. The full cost of the workshop must be received within seven calendar days of the scheduled workshop. If the full cost of the workshop is not received within seven calendar days of the workshop, your workshop will be voided until payment is received. Workshop Attendee Cancellations I will allow cancellations within seven calendar days of the scheduled workshop for any reason. You will receive a full refund, no questions asked, provided the workshop is on the Big Island Of Hawaii. If the workshop is located outside of the Big Island Of Hawaii, you must cancel within 45 days. If these cancelation requirements are not met, I cannot refund any deposits collected for the workshop. The reason for this is that my workshops are booked in advance, and other potential workshop participants for the days you booked will not be able to book a workshop resulting in lost revenue. I cannot sustain a business with last-minute cancellations. I strongly encourage you not to book a workshop unless you are positive you can attend. The easiest way to do this is to book closer to the day you plan to take the workshop. I appreciate your understanding. Cancelled Workshops If we are forced to cancel a workshop for any reason, your entire cost will be transferred to another workshop or you can have it refunded to you. What Does It Take For Me To Cancel A Workshop? Few things would result in a cancellation of a workshop. Extreme weather can result in unsafe conditions that would warrant canceling a workshop. Hurricanes, tropical storms, dangerous surf conditions, flood warnings, or any Hawaiian Civil Defense alerts that depict hazardous conditions may cause a workshop cancellation. Even without these public warnings, I may cancel a workshop if I think that conditions are unsafe. I reserve the right to cancel a workshop for any reason. Although it is very rare that a workshop is cancelled. If I cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive the option to reschedule the workshop or be issued a full refund. Unpaid Workshop Fees You must pay 100% of the workshop tuition seven calendar days before the workshop begins. If final payment has not been made by seven calendar days before the day of the workshop, your spot in the workshop will be voided until payment is received. If no final payment is received for a registered workshop spot, your deposit of $200.00 will be nonrefundable and your spot will be cancelled until the final payment is received. RELEASE: I hereby agree that myself or my child, adopted or otherwise, my heir or executors, waive and release all rights and claims that I may have at any time against Wade Morales or its representatives, whether paid or volunteer, for any injury or damages in connection with the activities offered by Wade Morales. AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE: If you or your child/ward is injured, you or your child/ward may require medical assistance, at your own expense. I expressly agree and promise to accept all risk existing in this activity. My participation or my child/ward participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.
